Recommend for a weekend outing

Comfortable room, enjoyable breakfast, with the suite on the 7th floor offering a spacious retreat and a handy location just a short walk from the Aksaray tram station for easy city exploration.

Hotel staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay.

Location is excellent, just minutes from Aksaray tram station. Breakfast choices were good, with local dishes, but there was a lack of freshness when arriving later in the morning. I encountered issues with the heating in my room. The reception staff struggled with providing adequate information about spa services, frustrating, especially since access to the pool came with additional fees outside of limited hours. The constant nearby street closures created challenges with taxi access and carrying luggage to the hotel. In summary, while the ambiance and location are highlights, the service and room conditions require attention for a more pleasant stay.

First of all the location was nice, it was near to aksaray which has really good shopping and food shops....night life was also good in the area. I would like to mention that the manager of the hotel was very nice, she was very sweet and caring and was personally involved in the hotel managmnt

Hotel has really good location, and you can be in old center of town within 15 minutes by foot. Also, there is train stop nearby. Rooms are clean and comfort. You get clean towels every day.

Rooms have view on other building, which are just couple of meters from window. Sheets were not changed during my stay. Breakfast is same every morning (I've been 5 days), but you will not be hungry, there is plenty of it.

The breakfast spread was varied, with delicious Turkish options like fresh pastries and cold mezze. Plus, the location is a gem-just a hop to the tram. Pro tip, check out Heirloom Cafe-Market for local bites.

Walls are a tad thin, so you'll hear your neighbor's TV now and then. Plus, the pool is only free between 1-5pm, and if you want your room not made up, remember that it won't register unless the key card is in the slot. Still, a great spot overall!

The family room which I stayed in is spacious. Good location in town. Very near to tram station. Excellent hotel & location. Receptionists are fluence in english.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was nice, had good location very close to all public transport stations. The room was beautiful and the personnel was excellent. Got comfy bed and a mini-bar, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Comfortable bed in a standard double room. Good breakfast with local dishes like cold mezze.

Bathrooms are cramped, with a particularly low and loose toilet seat, excessive mold in the shower corners, and limescale on the faucet. Outdated decor in the room detracts from the overall experience. Spa access limited to inconvenient hours, and additional fees for hair protection seem unreasonable. Guests may encounter noisy staff in the spa area, detracting from the relaxation ambiance.

I was thrilled to enjoy a full-service restaurant right on the ground floor with us all the convenience we needed. The location couldn't have been better, just two tram stops from the bustling Grand Bazaar and four from historical gems like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Plus, the breakfast spread featured delicious traditional Turkish options that left us excited to start each day.

Non-official taxi was provided from, hotel to airport without any bill. And driver asked to give money before airport. Strong smell of cleaning staff in the room when we arrived. Poor breakfast but enough not to be hungry
